Where to Trade

The trading server ingame is USWest2.

Realmeye also has a trading system, where you can put up your offers and select the items you want to buy/sell.

Trading in USWest3

If you are going to trade in USWest3 then make sure you have text speech bubbles enabled in your settings, otherwise you won't be able to really trade with anyone especially because of how fast the chat scrolls there and it will be chaotic finding a person's trading offer.

Format your messages like so:

"S> 1 Life for 8 Def @Username"

Once you have formatted your trading message, find a spot to be in and then continuously spam your message until you get a trade request. Try to avoid moving around a lot as you may miss a trading oppertunity.

If you find a player with an offer you are interested in, find their username in their text bubble and type in the chat: "/trade username"

Trading in Realmeye

In order to use Realmeye's functions first you need to get a password for the website on your Realm account. Simply whisper in-game "/tell mreyeball password" to get your password. For more information go to the Help section on the Realmeye website here.

Now go to your profile and go to the Offers section. There you will be able add, change, or remove offers. It is quite simple to do:

Click Add Offer
Add the items with the Add Item button
Select the items you want to buy and sell
Make sure you change the quantity by clicking on the x1
Press Save Changes and you're done!

Your trading offer will now be up and you can go ahead and play the game while you wait for someone to whisper you in-game that they are interested in your trade.

The Prices of Items

Because of the frequent event chests that Deca adds to the game, the prices of many items have dropped. The only items that really keep their value anymore are the tradable ST items and Deca Rings until they are part of some event's loot table. There will never be a consistent value for pots anymore unlike the older days.

You can take advantage of these events because the pots that drop for that specific event dungeon will have their value reduced to nothing and you can buy so many of those pots easily, but it will be far more easier to just farm that event dungeon itself. The only other exception is if you are trying to buy gear and they drop commonly from that event dungeon, then you can easily buy it for a much cheaper price.
